How to delete photos on iphone (sync from itunes)
1. Create a file and put photos that you want to sync into that folder
(In case you want to delete all of them just leave it blank if you want to leave some
just put those photos in the folder)
2. Connect your iphone to itunes
3. Choose your device from the left bar and choose picture from the upper menu
(not the main file edit menu)
4. Sync your device with the folder you created from 1.
